He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Kilburn; and his parents, Earl England and Margaret J. "Jeanne" England (Kenneally). He is survived by: his wife Cidalia "Cindy" M. Kilburn (Monteiro); his children, Suzanne Lamontagne of Upton, Tara Brennan (Joshua) of Clinton, Zachary Kilburn (Kimberly) of Franklin, Brett Kilburn (Hannah Packard) of Clinton and Seth Kilburn of Clinton; his sisters, Cheryl Poirier of Florida and Dawn England of Spencer; and his grandchildren, Trey, Bailey, Eva, Kylie, Ryan, Cecilia, Liam, Maia and Karter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
