He is survived by: his wife Glicelia Diaz (Correa); his children, Michelle (Michael Shore) and Ruben Diaz, Jr. (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jacob, Ethan Shore, Celia Burgos, Guillermo and Severo Diaz; and his siblings, Juan (Aracelis Diaz), Moises Diaz (Nivia), Noemi (Michael Baird), Raquel Diaz of Springfield, Elias Diaz of Lancaster, Ruth Emmanuelli, Sandra (Bernie Fischer), Dorcas Giraldo (Mario), Freddy Maldonado and Ernestina Ribot of Clinton. He is also survived by several aunts, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
