He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret A. Stowell (Forhan); his son Raymond S. Stowell (Tammy) of Clinton; his stepdaughters, Erika Grant of Clinton and Samantha Heighton of Clinton; his brothers, Donald Stowell (Dorothy) of Massena, NY and Robert Stowell of Indiana; his grandsons, Justin and Timothy; his former wife Susan G. Heighton; and his parents, Raymond Stowell and Dorothy Stowell (Butchino). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
