With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillips M. Carlisle (Clinton, Massachusetts), born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phillips M. Carlisle to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Carlisle (Stedman); his children, Thomas Carlisle and Gayle O'Riley; his siblings, Phyllis, Priscilla, Lucille, Patricia, Charles, Agnes, Jean, Roberta, Roger and Joyce; and his parents, Phillips Carlisle and Lucy Carlisle (Burrill).
He is survived by: his daughters, Judith Henderson of Auburn and Nancy Zafirs (Chris) of Clinton; his son-in-law Sean O'Riley of Acton; and his grandchildren, Cynthia, Phillip, Justin, Crystal, Jillian, Nicholas, Kara, Griffin, Thomas and Caroline. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
