She was predeceased by : her daughters, Doreen, Margaret and Angela Forde; and her parents, Peter Ford and Rosaleen Ford (Donoghue).

She is survived by : her husband Philip C. Forde, Sr.; her sons, Philip C. Forde, Jr. (Rochelle) and Anthony P. Forde (Dorothy); her siblings, Peter Ford of Ogunquit, ME, Elizabeth Ford of Ogunquit, ME and Margaret Grenier of Holden; her grandchildren, Amal Wing, Caitlin Joyal, Cassandra Favart, Philip C. Forde III, Samantha, Tiernan, Alexander and Joshua Forde; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Thomas, Michael Wing, Asher Rafique and Charlie Marks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
