She was predeceased by: her husband James H. "Nabor" Donnelly; her grandson Shamus P. O'Toole; her brother-in-law John Donnelly (Barbara); and her parents, Dr. William F. McNamara and Teresa M. McNamara (Murphy).
She is survived by: her children, Maryellen Donnelly of Clinton, Kathleen O'Toole (William) of North Brookfield and James P. Donnelly of Marshfield; and her grandson William G. O'Toole, Jr. of North Brookfield. She is also survived by 6 nieces and 1 nephew; as well as good family friends.
