She was predeceased by: her husband Venanzio Tollis; her daughter-in-law Jean B. Tollis (Morabito); her grandson David V. Romano; and her parents, Filippo D'Ascanio and Maria D'Ascanio (D'Genantonio).
She is survived by: her children, Maria Romano (Giuseppe "Joe") of Clinton and Santino "Sandy" Tollis of Clinton; and her grandchildren, Angelo Romano, Letizia Rivera, Jason Tollis, Shawn Tollis and Sarah Collins. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
