He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Haley and Joyce Haley (Mitton). He is survived by: his wife Carol Haley (Farragher); his daughters, Maggie Haley (Joshua) and Emily Haley (Jeremy) of Clinton; and his sisters, Pamela Burgwinkle (Bruce) and Lisa Christie (Francis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
