She was predeceased by: her parent Stanton M.. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Ann Kuczwara (Steven) of Leominster, MA and Donna Marie Traylor of Clinton, MA; her nephew Donald; her grandchildren, Stephanie Traylor, Christian Traylor, Dr. Jessica (Douglas), Michael Kuczwara (Ashley) and Jared Kuczwara (Skylar); and her great grandchildren, Harper Kuczwara, Rowan Kuczwara, Desmond Kuczwara, Ava Kuczwara and Daxton Wiitala. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
