With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John J. Whitney of Clinton, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Whitney; and his parents, John J. Whitney, Sr. and Dorothy Whitney (Duvarney). He is survived by: his wife Lillian Whitney (Zola); his children, Angela Whitney (Michael Williams) of St. Leonard, MD, Linette (Andrew Sutphin) of Big Horn, WY, Jillian Whitney of Orange and Korin (Scott Gould, Jr.) of Phillipston; and his siblings, Cynthia Strong of Lancaster, Daniel Whitney of Hubbardston, Sheila Daly of Waxhaw, NC and David Whitney of Springfield. He is also survived by grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
