He was predeceased by: his grandson Javier Ortiz-Marble; and his parents, Kenneth Marble and Dorothy Marble (Francis). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marble (Senecal); his sons, John E. Marble, Jr. (Andrea) of Andover, Christopher Marble (Jessica Syria) of Worcester and William (Katlyn Marble) of Royalston; his grandchildren, Isabel, Anna Marble, Rebecca, Alyssa, Jonathan Syria and Brynleigh Kilcoyne; and his siblings, Allan Marble of Dudley, Gail Walker, Bill of Mexico and Norma Marble of Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
