He is survived by: his daughter Ava Batucan; his parents, Jasper and Marina Batucan (Mendoza) of Toronto; his sister Joan M. Batucan of Ottawa; and the mother of his child Kia Marie Johnson. He is also survived by daughter; many friends, and relatives.
