He was predeceased by: his sister Janet Holm; and his parents, Perley F. Lowe and Mildred L. Lowe (Connelly). He is survived by: his wife Rachel A. Lowe (Smith); his daughter Michelle R. Harris (Timothy) of Leominster; his siblings, Robert F. Lowe of Sterling, Howard M. Lowe (Patricia) of Sterling and Ellen Kosiewski of Sterling; his grandsons, Christopher Harris (Jordin Lee), Collin Harris (Nicole) and Carter Harris (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Jaxon James Harris and Conner James Harris; and his brothers, Charles Kevin Lowe and Paul F. Lowe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
