He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Armstrong and Dorothy Armstrong (McKinnon). He is survived by: his wife Constance Armstrong (Silvestri); his children, Thomas J. Armstrong (Michelle) of Winchendon and Sherie Peets (Fremont J. Peets III) of Webster; his sister Ann Marie Naylor of Standish, ME; his grandchildren, Bethany Cutler, William Armstrong, Quinn Armstrong, Fremont J. Peets IV and Jessica Peets; his great grandchildren, Dylan and Ellie Cutler; and his friend Thomas Foster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
