She is survived by: her children, Maria Irizarry (Victor Ortiz), Pilar Acosta (Dean) and Luis Irizarry (Virgenmina); her sister Lillian Maldonado of Ponce, PR; her grandchildren, Victor, Cesar, Katia Ortiz, Deanette, Dean David and Dean Junior Acosta; her great grandchildren, Aevah, Mia, Kayla and Kamden; and her aunt Gloria Velez. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
