He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian I. Price (Risch); his grandchildren, Eric A. Bartlett and Meghan R. Tucker; his siblings, David W. Price and Eleanor Knowles; and his parents, Irish and Ellen "Nellie" Price (Lowry).
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Price of Clinton, Cheryl Price of Sterling, Patricia Lambert (Robin Bechhofer) of Madison, WI, Lynette Veo (Timothy), Brenda Wagner (Rick) of Lancaster and Debbie Price of Lancaster. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to South Lancaster Academy Worthy Student Fund, PO Box 1129, South Lancaster, MA 01561 or to the Clinton Senior Center, 271 Church St., Clinton, MA 01510.
