She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Carlisle (Stedman); and her brother Thomas Carlisle. She is survived by: her husband Sean O'Riley; her children, Kara O'Riley and Griffin O'Riley; her father Phillips Carlisle; her sisters, Judy Henderson and Nancy Zafirs (Chris); and her pet Sullivan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, many dear friends.
