He was predeceased by: his siblings, Roy Collins and Mary Pupecki; his brother-in-law Garrett Ney; and his parents, Francis "Roy" Collins and Thelma Collins (Ellis).
He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Collins (Bailey); his children, Samantha Collins of Sterling, Chad Collins (Heather) of Sultan, WA, Amanda Collins of Marysville, WA and Vanessa Lawson (Jake Collins) of Bourne; his brother Joseph L. Collins (Wanda) of Umatilla, FL; his grandchildren, Meaghan, Mason, Emma Collins, Shannon Tisdel (Vaughn), Maiya, Morgan Shouey, Brandon, Sara Mariano, Dakota, Nathan Myers, Hannah Lawson, Taylor Poirier and Riley Bazinet; his great grandchildren, Magnus Tisdel, Sonny Baker and Charlie Orne; his siblings-in-law, Peter Pupecki, John Bailey, Helen, Patricia Ney, Thomas Bailey, Jill, Brian Bailey and Youngmi; and his friend Sean O'Connell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
