She was predeceased by: her children, Amy Christie Hatfield and Glen Christie; her brother Francis Schiavina; and her parents, Francis Schiavina and Helen Schiavina (McQuoid).
She is survived by: her husband C. Paul Christie; her children, Alison Christie (Thompson Terry) of New York, Mona Christie of Clinton and Francis Christie (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Thomas, Paige, Aly, Torin, Blake, Liam and Grace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
