He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Bruso (Roberts); his siblings, Ivan, Galen Bruso and Gail Carriere; and his parents, Desford A. Bruso and Minerva M. Bruso (Gadway).
He is survived by: his sons, Carl E. Bruso, Jr. (Debbie) of Clinton and David S. Bruso (Gina Patterson) of Oxford; and his siblings, Dennis E. Bruso (Audrey) of Gardner, Maida Peets, Zaida Rivers, Arlene Harris, Yvonne Tallman, Dorothy Brooks and Lolita Krauss. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
