He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Vanzini; his stepfather Ollie Uzialko; and his parents, Elizabeth Payne, (Hoban) and Arthur N. Payne, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ellen M. Payne (Grady); his daughter Melissa Payne of Clinton; his brother Anthony Payne (Donna) of Hudson; and his stepsister Debra Green (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, the Grady family, extended family and friends.
