We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2022, at the age of 91, Alfred W. Kolakowski of Clinton, Massachusetts, born in East Vandergrift, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kolakowski and Stella Kolakowski (Abraham); his wife Dolores; and his siblings, Edmund, Albin Kolakowski and Mary.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Alfred's honor can be made to the amazing caregivers who loved, cared for, and gave him another family to share his gifts with over the last four years at Corcoran House Employee Fund, 40 Walnut Street, Clinton, MA 01510.
