He is survived by: his wife Judy Gaby Low Mayhew; his daughter Rebecca Mayhew Hewitt; his son-in-law Michael Hewitt; his daughter Sarah Mayhew Shipway; his son-in-law Charlie Shipway; and his grandchildren, Kira and Tyler Shipway.
