He was predeceased by: his father Stanislaw Obal. He is survived by: his mother Izabela Obal (Plebanek) of Poland; his wife Ewa Obal (Buczek); his son Daniel Obal of Chicopee; his grandson Michael; and his sister Wanda Musial of Poland.
