He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Russell and Bertha Russell; his former wife Dorothy Russell (Manning); his daughter Debbie Florek; and his brothers, Donald and Alvin Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Russell (Beauregard) of Chicopee; and his children, Steven L. Russell of Belchertown, Claire Daudelin of Chicopee, Thomas R. Croston of Chicopee, Charles Croston of Holyoke and Henry Croston of Maine.
