We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2020, at the age of 72, Wayne R. Switzer of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Switzer and Shirley L. Durand (Bushey); his wife Annmarie Switzer (Kimel); and his brother Michael Durand. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Allen Switzer, Sr. of Henderson, NV and Cynthia T. Demers (Ernest) of Somers, CT; his niece Nicole T. Demers of Manchester, CT; and his cousin Maureen Newalu of Springfield.

Memorial donations may be made in Wayne's memory to the Thomas J. O'Connor Adoption Center, 627 Cottage St. Springfield, MA 01104.
