He is survived by: his children, Jason W. Perkins (Kamah) of Chicopee, Mark L. Perkins (Melissa) of Springfield and Nicole S. Cable (Sean) of Seymour, CT; and his grandchildren, Mia Perkins, Samuel Perkins, Tallulah Perkins, Baiden Cable, Oliver Perkins, Lochlan Cable and Marley Cable.
Memorial contributions in Wayne's name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
