Forrette (Paul) of Chicopee, Lori J. Mietka (Lon), Lynn M. Piela of Chicopee and Tracy L. Milkay (James) of Beverly; his grandchildren, Brittany, Cameron Piela, David, Bryan, Lindsay Forrette, Katie Locke (Josh) and Lon Mietka III; his great grandchildren, Finnley, Piper, Olive and Avery; and his sister Evelyn Josefiak. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
