It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter R. Wandas (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter K. Wandas and Bertha C. Wandas (Bednarz); and his brother Stephen M. Wandas. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne A. Wandas; his children, Kenneth S. Wandas and Deborah L. Wandas Socha (Rob); his grandchildren, Alexander of Chicopee and Ania Wandas of Chicopee; and his pets, Angus, Angel, Mila and Sadie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in honor of Bob Wandas to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 516 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104.
