He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Padykula and Julia Padykula (Stolarz); and his wife Alice K. Padykula (Wojcik). He is survived by: his children, Michael M. Padykula of Chicopee and Karen LaVallie (Scott) of Uncasville, CT; his granddaughters, Taylor and Brooke LaVallie; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Tellier of Chicopee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
