He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Deitner and Veronica Deitner (Chmiel); and his wife Janice M. Deitner (Rufo). He is survived by: his son Patrick V. Deitner; his stepchildren, Kevin and Samantha Snopek; his stepgrandchildren, Jailynn Laguer, Emilie and Janice Velez; and also, Jenniffer Hernandez of Chicopee and Jessey Deitner of Pittsfield.
