She was predeceased by: her parents, William Piela and Mary Piela (Borek); and her husband Mieczyslaw "Mitzie" S. Sypek. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Santos (Armando) of Ludlow, Thomas Sypek (Jeanette) of Westhampton and Maryann Burian (David) of Belchertown; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Greene, Kristen Karowski (Jacob), Tyler Sypek (Ashlee), Kayla Sypek, Sarah Sypek, Melanie Burian and Alissa Burian. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing are required.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Assisi, c/o Basilica of St. Stanislaus, 40 Cyman Dr. Chicopee, MA 01013.
