He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Tatum (Murchison) of Springfield and Brian Tatum of Tampa, FL; his brother Brian Tatum II of Indianapolis, IN; his girlfriend Amy Carter; his aunt Yvonne Barnett; his cousin Anthony Murchison of Springfield; his nephews, Deron and DeMarcus of Charlotte, NC; his brother Ray Leutsch; and also King of Springfield. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
