He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Jachem and Ruth Jachem (Bilodeau); and his brother Philip Jachem. He is survived by: his brother George Jachem of Chicopee; his godson Jacob Raymond Owczarski of West Springfield; his niece Alyssa R. Dennoncourt of West Springfield; and his friends, James, Michelle Owczarski of West Springfield, Connie Dennoncourt of Chicopee and Mrs Raymond Dennoncourt of Arlington, VT.
