He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Patricia A. Urdzela (Fontaine). He is survived by: his sisters, Lynne M. Gray (Kevin Victor Gray) of Pembroke Pines, FL and Patricia E. Urdzela of Holyoke; and his nephews, Evan Edge, Cameron Edge, Dustin Edge, Zachory Baroski and Elliot Baroski.
