He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lukasik and Nellie Lukasik (Dunaj). He is survived by: his wife Josephine Lukasik (Burowicz); his siblings, Frances Salamon of Chicopee and Robert; his sons, Frank (Ann) of Longmeadow, Stanley (Colleen) of East Longmeadow and Thomas (Melissa) of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Caroline, Anniela, Cady, Mia and Gavin.
