He is survived by: his wife Rose Kotfila (Mozgala) of Chicopee; his children, Lisa Kotfila of Springfield, Linda Lyons of Sturbridge, Thomas "TJ" Kotfila of Seminole, FL and Jason Kotfila (Christine) of Ludlow; his brother Robert Kotfila (Elaine) of Easthampton; his grandchildren, Adam, Patrick, Sean, Janelle, Liam, Keely and Cullen; his sisters-in-law, Joan Kotfila of Springfield, Cindy Leigh (Dan) of Palmer and Phyllis LaCasse of Ludlow; his son-in-law Kent Lyons of Stafford Springs; and his close friend Grandpups. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
