He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. Kieltyka and Eugenia Kieltyka (Owsiak). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kieltyka (Spiewak) of West Springfield; and his sister Jean Kieltyka. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
