He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Cebula, Sr. and Anne Cebula (Albanese); and his brother Richard J. Cebula. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Cebula of West Springfield and Julie Nawracaj (Tim Austin) of Springfield; his brother Michael R. Cebula (Barbara) of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Brandon Nawracaj (Lindsey), Aaliyah Nawracaj and Timmy Austin, Jr.; his former wife Charlene Shannon; and his siblings-in-law, David Shannon (Janine Rider) of Chicopee and Barbara Shannon-Patton (Pat) of Chicopee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
