She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Palubinski and Mary Palubinski (Kusik); her husband Wladyslaw "Walter" Kowalski; her brother Eugene Palubinski; her nephew Michael Palubinski; and her niece Urszula Kowalski.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Kowalski (David) and John Kowalski (Jamison "Sam" Hedin); her grandchildren, Joseph Kowalski, Brittany Kowalski (Liam Whitman) and Jordan Kowalski; her brother Ted Palubinski (Margaret); and her sister-in-law Danuta Palubinski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
