We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2020, at the age of 62, Steven E. Sliwa of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Denise T. Sliwa (Robillard) of Chicopee and Edward A. Sliwa; his wife Michelle L. Sliwa (Beauregard); his children, Shannon N. Sliwa (Justinn Cassidy) of Chicopee, Stephanie R. Power (Thomas Power) of East Walpole, Steven R. Sliwa (Ashley Sturgis) of Webster, Hayley D. Sliwa of Chicopee and Jonathan E. Sliwa of Chicopee; his grandchildren, Ayden, Summer Cassidy and Evelyn Power; his siblings, Robert A. Sliwa (Wendy) of Chicopee and Michele A. Cousineau (Kenneth) of Westfield; his mother-in-law Cecile Beauregard of Holyoke; his sister-in-law Lori Young (Paul) of Salem, WI; and his father-in-law Robert Beauregard. He was also cherished by his many nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended family.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to the Pope Francis Preparatory School, 99 Wendover Road, Springfield, MA 01118.
