He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kelsey and Ruth Kelsey; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kelsey; his brother David Kelsey (Susan); and his nieces and nephews, Joel Kelsey (Meredith) of Washington, DC, David Gordon of New Hampshire, Melinda Gordon of Millbury, MA and Beth Schlesinger (Richard) of Illinois. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
