She was predeceased by: her parents, Karol Dulak and Apolonia Dulak (Deren); her husband John; her siblings, Eugenia Boruchowski, Mary, Annette, Peter and Walter Dulak; and her granddaughter Krista Gustafson.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Elaine Gustafson (Kent Gustafson) of Athens, GA, Diane Rowe (Jonathan Rowe) of Eastham and John (Jennie Olbrych) of Charleston, SC.; her grandchildren, Kara Horton (Joseph), Lisa Foulger (Devin), John Olbrych (Dana), Ruslan Olbrych (Kasey), Christiana, Oksana, Maxim Olbrych and Linda Rowe; her great grandchildren, Jackson, William Horton, Charlotte and Sophie Foulger; and her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Brennan, Regina Tirrrell, JoAnne Steele, Walter, Karl and Michael Dulak.
