She was predeceased by: her parent John Tambor; her husband Alfred W. Zajac; her sons, Robert A. Zajac and Ronald W. Zajac; and her grandson Robert Zajac, Jr..
She is survived by: her parent Antoinette Tambor; her children, Bruno Zajac (Henri Sue) of Goshen, Beverly Cassady of Chicopee and Janet Davies (Albert) of Springfield; her daughters-in-law, Janice Zajac of Wilbraham and Jane Zajac of Windsor, CT; her brother-in-law Joseph Zajac, Jr. of Chicopee; her grandchildren, David Cassady, Daniel Cassady, Timothy Davies, Dawn Davies, Mark Zajac, Pamela Zajac, Nathaniel Zajac and Zachariah Zajac; and her child Carew St. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
