She was predeceased by: her husband Mikolas "Mike" Chwalek; her niece Evelyn Mahan; and her great-niece Jamie Vickers. She is survived by: her goddaughter Karen Lothrop (Jonathan) of Dover, MA; her niece Evelyn Bragg of Indiana; and also Hannah.
