He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley V. Zielonka and Alice M. Zielonka (Korzeniowski); and his brother Gerald P. Zielonka. He is survived by: his brother Dennis C. Zielonka (Lucie LaBonte) of Chicopee; his sister-in-law Wanda Zielonka of Chicopee; and his nephews, Eric Zielonka of Chicopee and Craig Zielonka of Chicopee.
