Zelasko (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 6, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil and Anna Zelasko, Sr. (Deren). She is survived by: her brother Emil J. Zelasko, Jr. of Chicopee; her nephew Matthew of Wilbraham; her niece Jennifer Zelasko of West Brookfield, MA; her great-nephew Logan; and her great-niece Piper.
