Bazinet (Leo) of Orlando, FL; her sister Irene Bielecki; her sister-in-law Shirley Czabaj of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Heather Gentile (Derick), Kimberly Balm (Simon) and Kenneth Czermak Jr.; her great grandchildren, Valentina Sophia, Darin Anthony and Edward Sydney; and also Nancy Leonard of Monroe, NH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
