Shirley M. Picard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M. Picard of Chicopee, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Napoleon Conrad Boisvert and Cora Boisvert (Provost); her son-in-law William E. St. Germain; her brother-in-law James D. Justice; her close friend Donald P. Avera; and her former husband Robert H. Picard.
She is survived by: her children, Robert H. Picard, Jr. (Debra) of South Hadley, Carol Ann McCarthy (James) of Chicopee and Michele M. St. Germain of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Nicholas Picard, Lauren Picard, Christopher Piquette (Christie) and Melissa St. Germain Martel (Robert Martel); her great grandchildren, Colin Piquette, Charlotte Piquette and Lillian Martel; and her sisters, Lorraine B. Justice of Chicopee and Joyce C. A. Boisvert of Chicopee. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended family.
