It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Y. (Belanger) Platt (Chicopee, Massachusetts), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey P. Belanger of Warren and Donna A. Smith (Desmarais) of Chicopee; her husband Edward L. Platt; her children, Justin of Chicopee, Kyle Landry of Chicopee, Kaleb of Chicopee, Ashlynne of Chicopee and Kailynne Platt of Chicopee; her siblings, Kevin P. Belanger (Gina) of Warren, Megan A. Davis (Nathan) of Chicopee and Dominica M. Gendreau of Key West, FL; her parents-in-law, Edward W. Platt (Shawn) and Sarah L. Platt of Grantville, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Devin Platt and Angel Platt of Newberg, OR. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to The Sarah Platt Memorial Fund in care of Peoples Bank, 330 Whitney Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040 or may be dropped off at any local Peoples Bank branch.
